The Mavix M9 comes in a box, and all the chair parts are dismantled in the box. So assemblage is required once the product is shipped. The M9 is shipped to customers worldwide in a tough carton, so the chair parts will stay intact until they reach you. Inside the box, the casters are all dismantled.
